Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days.

New Zealand Orders:

Standard Delivery: 1–5 business days

Australia Orders: (Now available)

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

International Orders (outside NZ & AU):

Delivery Time: Up to 15 business days

Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Address Notice:

Please provide a physical residential address at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which govern site usage, product purchases, and all other interactions with Hydrotech NZ. Please review these terms before completing your order.

Eligibility
Request your return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Pre-Return Photo Inspection
Before shipping anything back, email clear, timestamped photos of the fully assembled product (showing the box, USB-C cord, user manual, bottle lid, glass bottle and ioniser) to support@hydrotechnz.com. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

Condition of Return
The product must be in good, working condition. Any damage beyond normal handling (cracks, deep scratches, corrosion) may render the return ineligible.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a trackable courier—Hydrotech NZ is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (allow up to 7 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. A restocking fee of up to $10 NZD may apply if required accessories are missing or the item’s condition prevents resale.

How to Return
After your photo inspection is approved, ship the complete product package back to us for processing.

12-Month Warranty

Your Hydrotech bottle is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

  1. What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship affecting the glass bottle, ioniser unit, electronics, charging port, and included accessories.

  2. What’s Not Covered: Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear; consumable parts (for example, seals and gaskets) after they reach the end of their natural lifespan.

  3. How to File a Claim:
    a. Contact Support: Email support@hydrotechnz.com with your order number and a description of the issue, attaching photos or videos if possible.
    b. Ship for Assessment: Once your claim is approved, send all original items (box, cord, manual, lid, bottle, ioniser) to our Warranty Department. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense; please use a trackable service.
    c. Assessment & Resolution: We will inspect your unit within 5–7 business days of receipt. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective parts and ship them back at our expense within 10 business days. If not covered, we will return your items non-repaired and you will remain responsible for return shipping.

  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required to validate your warranty claim.
