Clean it
Drop a Refresh Tablet into warm water, leave it 15 minutes, then scrub with the silicone brush. It clears the mineral scale that coats the cell, the build-up that quietly makes output fade. A clean cell keeps generating hydrogen at full strength.

Keep a sleeve on it. A knock on the bench or a drop in the car is the most common reason a bottle gets retired early. The sleeve takes the hit so the glass doesn't, and a spare turns a crack into a five-minute swap.

Are these parts made for my Hydrotech bottle?
Yes. Every part and kit here is built for the Hydrotech Hydrogen Water Bottle, so the glass, sleeves, ioniser and accessories all fit the bottle you already own. These are the same components we build the bottle from, not generic spares.
Which kit do I actually need?
It comes down to what your bottle needs right now:

How do I know if I need a new ioniser or just a clean?
Start with a clean. If your bottle is misting less, making fewer bubbles, or the taste has shifted, a build-up on the cell is the most common cause, and the Refresh Tablets usually bring it back. If you've cleaned it and the output still isn't what it was, that's when a replacement ioniser (the Restore Kit) makes sense.
Can I fit the parts myself?
Yes. The glass and ioniser are made to be swapped by hand, no tools needed. Every replacement comes with simple step-by-step instructions, and our team is happy to walk you through it if you'd like.
How do I install the new glass cylinder?
No tools needed. Empty the bottle, then unscrew the lid and base away from the glass. Lift the old cylinder out, seat the new one squarely on the base seal, and hand-tighten the base and lid back on until snug, without forcing it. Give it a rinse before your first fill. A full illustrated guide is included with every Fresh Start Kit, and our team is happy to walk you through it.
How do I install the new ioniser?
Tool-free as well. Empty the bottle and unscrew the base, where the ioniser sits. Lift the old unit out, set the new one in so it sits flat, line up the thread, and hand-tighten the base back on. Fill it, run a cycle to prime the new cell, and you're set. A full illustrated guide is included with every Restore Kit, and support is on hand if you need it.
What are Refresh Tablets, and how often should I use them?
They're a custom-formulated de-scaler made for your bottle. Fill the glass with warm water, drop one tablet in, and leave it for 15 minutes to lift mineral build-up and residue. Then give the glass and base a quick scrub with the silicone cleaning brush and rinse. Used every 7 to 10 days, they keep the glass clear, the cell clean, and the water tasting fresh.
